Terms of Service
Last updated 2 October 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement for AdTruffle between you and SCALEFLOWS LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), the company that operates AdTruffle. They govern your access to and use of https://www.adtruffle.com and the AdTruffle software-as-a-service (the “Service”).
AdTruffle is operated by SCALEFLOWS LTD.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
- Operator: SCALEFLOWS LTD
- Company number: 16609439
- Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ
- Contact: support@adtruffle.com
VAT / tax: Listed prices are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT (or equivalent) is calculated and added by Stripe at checkout.
2. Intended users (business use)
The Service is designed and marketed for business users, including dropshippers, advertorial operators, and other commercial marketers researching European advertising activity.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business or legal entity on whose behalf you use the Service (if applicable).
Consumer rights: These Terms are drafted on the basis that the Service is intended for business use. We do not operate a hard “business-only” technical gate. If you are a consumer under UK or EU law and mandatory consumer protections apply to you, those rights remain unaffected where they cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict non-excludable statutory rights.
3. The Service
AdTruffle provides tools to browse, filter, unlock, save, and receive digests about advertising activity derived primarily from the public Meta Ad Library (EU Digital Services Act transparency data) and related landing-page / technology detection (including Funnelish, ClickFunnels, Heyflow, CheckoutChamp, Shopify, and WooCommerce signals). That method is not published as its own page.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features reasonably, including where third-party data sources change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
3.1 What the Service is not
- Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Funnelish, ClickFunnels, Heyflow, CheckoutChamp, Shopify, WooCommerce, or their affiliates
- Not legal, advertising-compliance, financial, or professional advice
- Not a guarantee of advertising performance, spend, revenue, or sales
- Not an official Meta product or Ad Library substitute; every ad may be verified on Meta’s own Ad Library pages
4. Accounts and seats
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account.
Plans list a number of seats as the intended limit. Invites are not available yet, and Team is shown as coming soon until they are. For now, one login is one workspace. Sharing that login is prohibited.
Notify us promptly of unauthorised access at support@adtruffle.com.
Google OAuth may be offered as a sign-in method; your use of Google is also subject to Google’s terms and privacy notice.
5. Plans, credits, billing, and cancellation
5.1 Plans (indicative)
Current paid plans (USD, billed monthly unless stated otherwise on the site at purchase) include:
- Starter — $49 / month
- Growth — $89 / month
- Pro — $119 / month
- Team — $249 / month
Plan features, credit allowances, seat counts, and inclusions (such as digests or priority support) are as shown on the website at the time of purchase and may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice where required.
There is no free trial.
5.2 Credits
- 1 credit unlocks 1 ad for your workspace the first time that ad is shown, including in the feed, search, a store, a page, or the ad detail
- Opening a store or a page view costs one credit the first time your workspace opens it. Each new ad shown there also costs one credit the first time
- Browsing and filtering are free
- Showing an ad, store or page the workspace has already unlocked does not cost another credit
- When a plan’s allowance is used up, saved ads stay open. Other unlocked ads stay closed until credits reset or you upgrade
- Pro and Team are unlimited under fair use: for your own research, not for bulk extraction, resale or building a competing product. A daily limit on new ads per workspace applies across the app, the API and the MCP server; ads you opened before stay free. If a workspace passes 20,000 ads in a period we may flag it for review. That flag does not block the account
- Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over
5.3 Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT (or equivalent sales tax) is calculated and added by Stripe at checkout based on your billing location and our tax settings. You may optionally enter a VAT number at checkout; Stripe stores it on the customer. SCALEFLOWS LTD does not currently display a UK VAT registration number on these pages; if we become VAT registered, we will update this notice and our invoices accordingly.
5.4 Plan changes
- Upgrades may take effect immediately, with unused time on the current plan credited pro rata where stated on the site
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing date so you keep what you paid for during the current period
5.5 Cancellation
You may cancel from Billing in your account. Access continues until the end of the paid period; you will not be charged again for that subscription after cancellation takes effect.
5.6 Goodwill refund (first payment)
As a goodwill policy (and without prejudice to any non-excludable consumer rights that may apply):
- You may request a full refund within 24 hours of your first payment, provided you have used fewer than 50 credits
- Contact us at support@adtruffle.com and tell us why
- When the request arrives, support checks how many credits you had used. That check is manual, not automatic
- After that window, or if 50 or more credits have been used, refunds are at our discretion
This goodwill policy is not a statutory 14-day cooling-off right. We do not invent a 14-day withdrawal right for business subscriptions. If mandatory consumer law grants you rights we cannot exclude, those rights remain available.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, harvest, bulk-export, resell, republish, or redistribute the feed, unlocked ads, digests, or derived datasets except as expressly allowed in-product for your internal business use
- Circumvent credit, seat, rate, daily, or access limits
- Use the API, the MCP server, or any automated means to copy the feed in bulk, mirror it, or build or feed a product that competes with AdTruffle
- Share credentials beyond authorised seats or sell access to your account
- Use the Service to engage in unlawful advertising, fraud, IP infringement, deceptive marketing, or other illegal activity
- Reverse engineer, attack, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure (except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law)
- Misrepresent affiliation with Meta, Funnelish, or AdTruffle
- Use insights from the Service in any way that violates Meta’s terms, applicable advertising law, DSA/ASA rules, privacy law, or third-party rights
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspected abuse, or risk to the Service or others.
We may throttle or suspend API access while we review unusual use. An account that breaks the fair-use rules above may be closed without refund.
7. Intellectual property
SCALEFLOWS LTD and its licensors own AdTruffle, including the Service, software, branding, and original content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes during an active paid subscription (or other authorised access), subject to these Terms.
Public Meta Ad Library materials and third-party trademarks remain owned by their respective owners. Meta, Funnelish, ClickFunnels, Heyflow, CheckoutChamp, Shopify, WooCommerce, and related marks are trademarks of their owners and are used only for identification and descriptive purposes. AdTruffle is not affiliated with or endorsed by those parties.
You retain rights in content you submit (for example webhook URLs or notes). You grant us a licence to host and process that content solely to operate the Service.
8. Third-party services and data accuracy
The Service depends on third parties (including Meta’s public Ad Library, scrapers that read that library, DNS and landing-page checks, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, and Google when you use Google sign-in). We do not control third-party systems. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Reach “gained” figures and technology badges are calculated or detected from those sources and may change when sources change.
You are solely responsible for decisions you make using the Service.
9. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookies and analytics are described in our Cookie Policy. Analytics run unless you reject them on that page.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ad data will be complete or current.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including, where applicable, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for consumers).
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
Non-excludable liabilities: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales (or under mandatory consumer law if it applies to you).
12. Indemnity (business users)
If you use the Service for business purposes, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCALEFLOWS LTD and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your advertising practices, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach, non-payment, legal risk, or misuse. You may stop using the Service and cancel as described in Section 5. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.
14. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be notified in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where consent or additional notice is required by law. If you do not agree, cancel and stop using the Service.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules that may give you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence where those rules apply and cannot be waived.
16. General
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any plan-specific terms shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service
- Severability: If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a corporate reorganisation or sale
- Third-party rights: Except as expressly stated, no third party has rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999
- Language: These Terms are in English
