Affiliate Program Terms

These terms cover the AdTruffle affiliate program, run by SCALEFLOWS LTD (“we”, “us”), the company that operates AdTruffle. They add to our Terms of Service. By sharing your affiliate link or connecting a payout method, you agree to them.

1. How you earn

• Every AdTruffle account has a personal affiliate link. Ads you share from the feed carry your code too.
• When someone signs up through your link and subscribes to any plan, you earn 25% of every payment they make, excluding tax, for as long as they stay subscribed.
• A referral counts when the account is new: created through your link, or at most 7 days old when it first subscribes with your code. Your link is remembered for 30 days in a cookie where cookies are allowed. The first referrer recorded for an account keeps it.
• Payments made from account credit, 100% discount codes and refunded amounts earn nothing.

2. Hold and payouts

• Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment, to cover refunds and chargebacks.
• We pay on the 1st of each month, once your available balance is at least $50.00. A smaller balance carries over to the next month.
• Payouts are in US dollars, by bank transfer through Stripe, to bank accounts in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Stripe may convert the amount to your bank’s currency. If you are elsewhere, you still earn, and your balance is kept until payouts open for your country.
• You set up your payout method with Stripe, which verifies your identity. We never see your bank details.
• You are responsible for any tax due on what you earn.

3. Refunds and chargebacks

If a payment you earned on is refunded or disputed before it is paid out, the commission is reduced or cancelled. If that happens after a payout, the amount is deducted from your next payouts.

4. Not allowed

• Referring yourself, your own businesses or other accounts you control.
• Bidding on “AdTruffle” or close variations in search or social ads.
• Spam, misleading claims, or pretending to be AdTruffle.
• Fake accounts, stolen cards, or any other way of creating referrals that are not real customers.

We may hold, review or cancel commissions from referrals that look fraudulent or break these terms, pause your payouts while we check, and remove you from the program. Commissions already paid for such referrals can be deducted from future payouts.

5. Changes and closing your account

• We may change the program or these terms. A new commission rate applies to payments made after the change, never to commissions already earned.
• If you delete your account, any balance that has not been paid out is forfeited.
